The SOBAD golf committee recently met to discuss the 2020 SOBAD Golf Tournament. Twelve dedicated volunteers began planning what is shaping up to be the biggest and best event to date. With 2020 being a huge election year, we are expecting a huge turnout from players and from candidates for local, state, and national campaigns from every corner of North Carolina.
The committee is in the process of selecting a date and a new venue for the 4th annual SOBAD. An announcement will be made in the middle of January with the details. In the mean time start sharpening your golf skills in preparation of one of North Carolina's most fun Democratic events as we turn Brunswick County and the Tar Heel State blue in 2020.
