March is women's history month!

Access to reproductive health care, equitable health care, equal pay for equal work, and a fair shot at a good life -- these aren’t just women’s issues, they are American issues. Join Brunswick County Democrats in celebrating Women’s History Month by elevating your voice to Democratic causes.

According to the The National Women's History Alliance,"Celebrating women who tell our stories" is this year's theme. The Alliance states:

Throughout 2023, the NWHA will encourage recognition of women, past and present, who have been active in all forms of media and storytelling including print, radio, TV, stage, screen, blogs, podcasts, and more. The timely theme honors women in every community who have devoted their lives and talents to producing art, pursuing truth, and reflecting the human condition decade after decade.
