ANNOUNCING A CEREMONY HONORING THE PEOPLE OF UKRAINE
Join the leadership of the Brunswick County Democratic Party (BCDP) for a special event honoring the nation of Ukraine and its courageous citizens.
We’ll commemorate the event at our County headquarters with the unveiling of our Ukrainian flag and brief statements from BCDP representatives and invited guests. We want the people of Brunswick County to know how much we appreciate the defense of freedom and democracy in Ukraine, as well as our support for the Biden Administration and the nations of NATO as they lead the global response against Russia’s unwarranted invasion and catastrophic destruction of a sovereign nation.
The Rally for Ukraine will take place on Wednesday, April 6 outside BCDP Headquarters (1420 Old Ocean Highway, Bolivia), beginning at 2 p.m. After the ceremony, we’ll adjourn to the building for a reception and light snacks.
