Get Out the Vote Party draws over 100 BCDP volunteers

Brunswick County Democratic Party volunteers are the BEST! Many thanks to all who attended our “Get Out the Vote for Democrats” Party this past Thursday in Bolivia.

Our headquarters was a packed beehive of activity as 115 volunteers stuffed over 2,500 literature bags for canvassing; addressed and stamped close to 2,000 postcards for our General Assembly, County Commission, and School Board candidates; and assembled oodles of yard signs for several candidates. What an amazing accomplishment in a two-hour time period.

In addition, special thanks to everyone who generously donated stamps. We received enough postage for almost all 2,000 postcards.

Everyone who came on Thursday made a difference. You each took meaningful action to move Democrats closer to victory in the critical midterm elections. Let’s go Team Blue! We’ve got this.
