Call to action: Help defend the vote in Brunswick County

On Tuesday, July 14 (6 - 7 p.m.), the Brunswick County Board of Elections will finalize the early voting schedule and locations for the midterms, including whether there will be any additional Saturday and Sunday hours.

We know that the MAGA General Assembly and NC state elections board are working hard to suppress the midterm vote, especially via the recently passed House Bill 958 (which now heads to the NC Senate for consideration). We must keep up the pressure at the local level to protest their efforts.

Let’s show up at this meeting in big numbers and voice our support for five early voting locations, as we’ve had in past elections, and for weekend voting hours! Please come if you can, and wear your BCDP T-shirts!
