County Convention

Saturday, March 24

We are expecting close to 200 delegates. Help us make this go smoothly to begin at 9:30 AM.

Doors open for Registration: 9:00 AM

Registration is by area: North, South, Central, West. 

Proceed to your table for check-in. Be prepared to indicate if you are interested in being a delegate to the district convention May 5 and/or delegate to the state convention June 9. Proceed quickly to your precinct's seating area before the gavel at 9:30 AM.

The first business is the election of two (2) members to each of these committees:

  • state senatorial executive committee
  • state house of representative committee
  • prosecutorial district executive committee

and 84 delegates to the district & state conventions.

Resolutions, posted on the website ahead of the convention, will be approved/amended/withdraw.

Other business followed by announcements and adjournment for lunch by 11:30 AM. In addition to sharing lunch, it's a fund raiser for our Building Fund. Tickets available at Monthly meeting, precinct chairs. 

Please stay seated and allow those going to the March for Our Lives in Wilmington lunch first.​​
